What we collect

Information you give us when you apply (contact details, application answers, affordability information), identity documents and a short video, and basic technical data needed to run the service.

How we store it

Application data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Identity documents and video are held in private storage and only ever accessed through short-lived, signed links — never published.

Filming & publication consent

Consent to film and to publish your story is separate from your loan agreement, recorded on its own, and can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing publication consent automatically unpublishes any related story.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time via our contact page. We'll action requests promptly.
